Dennis Downing founded the Contra Costa Real Estate Investment Club so there would be a place in Walnut Creek for local real estate investors of all experience levels to network, share their experiences with others, hear local and national experts discuss the latest trends in real estate and investing, and learn about investment opportunities.
Dennis is an experienced investor and has worked in real estate and finance for 25 years. He is a mortgage lender with Commercial Capital Limited, and Partners Mortgage (in Walnut Creek), and provides residential and commercial real estate loans for every imaginable situation.
Dennis lives in Walnut Creek and enjoys spending time with Rhonda, playing golf, listening to music, collecting rock concert posters, and exercise.
